We don't run a warehouse. Every order is sourced fresh from the mandi and the wholesalers - the same suppliers your neighbourhood shop buys from - then delivered straight to your door instead of a shop counter.

You only pay for what you get. Loose items like rice, dal, and vegetables are weighed by hand at the source. If the actual weight comes out different from what you ordered, we adjust your bill automatically - no need to ask, no need to complain.

No surprises at checkout. Every price already includes GST, shown clearly on the product page with its HSN code. What you see is what you pay.
